Stay out of the sun

Keep yourself hydrated

Good skin health is closely related to our fluid intake. Keeping your body hydrated can greatly help in reducing skin wrinkles. While water works great for hydration, you can also consider other fluids like coconut water or green tea. Not only will these fluids hydrate your body, but they will also flush out toxins, leading to better skin.

Add antioxidants to your diet

Antioxidants are known to be incredibly effective in battling toxins and free radicals, which cause wrinkles. By increasing your antioxidant intake, you can dramatically reduce the appearance of skin wrinkles. Some foods rich in antioxidants include blueberries, walnuts, spinach, beans, kiwis, cranberries, prunes and green tea.
